These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Scylla ("Scylla", "we", "us"), a crypto signal group offered as a paid subscription, and of this website. By subscribing to or using Scylla, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Scylla shares trading signals: the trades we take, each with its pair, direction, entry, take-profit and stop, posted to members in a private group, and the result of every closed signal, published on this website. Scylla does not trade for you, does not connect to your exchange account and never asks for your API keys, passwords or access to your funds. Every order you place is placed by you.

Not investment advice; risk

Signals are general information about the trades we take. They are not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they do not take your situation, goals or means into account. Cryptocurrency trading carries high risk, especially with leverage, and you may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Figures on this site describe closed signals on record, calculated as explained on the site, and are not a promise of future returns. You decide whether to act on a signal, and you alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcome.

Eligibility and your responsibilities

You may use Scylla only if you are an adult and are legally permitted to receive and act on trading signals where you are. You are responsible for your own compliance with any rules that apply to you, for your exchange account and for keeping your own accounts secure.

Membership content

Signals and other member content are for your personal use. Do not resell, republish or share them outside the group without our written permission.

Payment and access

Subscriptions are paid in USDT on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) only. A subscription begins once the payment is verified on-chain and runs for the period of the plan chosen. We do not accept cards, bank transfers, or any network other than BEP20.

No refunds

All payments are final. Because access is digital and is granted as soon as your payment is verified on-chain, we do not offer refunds for any amount already paid or for any remaining period.

Availability

We work to share signals continuously, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or profitable, or that a signal will reach you in time for you to act on it. Markets, exchanges, networks and third-party services can fail or change, and this may affect the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Scylla is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, for losses caused by exchange or network failures or downtime, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from acting on a signal.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Scylla after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
